Lol... i want to lose weight too..... I dont think its dont eat...cuz i am trying not to eat.. and in one mth time...i cant lose that much... i only manage to lose 5kgs...hehe but dont try this diet...it's not gud...  |

the recipe is..stay away from fat and oily food..just eat fruit and drink lot of water..haha...^^
