Lol you could always go to the dungeons in the Tower of London and stretch yourself on one of the medieval torture thingys! A bit painful....but might work lol...
Or yah just drink lots of milk...and eat lots of fruit and veg! ;D

Er...i heard before that process...it's painful but it works...you can get an inch taller for each process...but i dont think you can get taller to 170cm...bones got limits too... ;D my mum said..i got tall is because i drank bean soup...hahaha...i dont know whether it got effect or not..lols... Just drink milks...hehe...

Yup...i look tall at 168-170 but i am fat...so i look short...hahahhaa~~

actually milk dun work either although I always drink it. on the average, you only grow 1 cm more per 4 months. =,=
