no no no no! Milk... I can't really take it. What I drink in the morning is either a hot choco or soya milk. Soya milk... that I can take. hehehe

hehehe... Then why are you drinking milk Jolene? I can't stand it... Honest! yes Anna, I think we have Milo here too. But it's not really a popular drink like there and in the Philippines.
I love to drink all kinds of tea esp slimming teas. ;D And I just drank one cup of slimming tea after I ate my brunch. And my tummy now is kinda upset... But it's alright... (better not gain weight.)

you know what jolene... one sthingy of pearl equals to one bowl of rice...so better don drink if you want to loss weight...
