PBSM is in malay language of Red Cross Society...Lols...i know i missing a word there... ==" I learned until blue...hahas... i didnt go for brown...because my exam for the brown is almost near my SPM time...so i retired after that...ahaha...lmao...kinda pain alot if you go for tournament....will be crazy.... >< and injured alot too...  |

Er..if you ask me back then..then yes, i can protect myself...now i dont know lol...didnt practice since year 2002... Erm...Taekwondo is just to protect yourself so yeah...hehe..it work and the master will sometimes teach you that where to attack if someone grab you from behind or front, etc... Haha..blue not high lol...just ok only..hehe... Jwen..forgoten to say at previous post... Erm..you fainted? How come? But anyway, all PBSM members there, so they know what to do..haha..and also a training for them too..  |
